A birth doula is a trained support person who provides emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. While we don’t provide medical care or deliver babies, we’re there to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you navigate your birth journey.

Absolutely. Your partner and your doula have different roles, and we work together as a team. We help guide your partner with comfort measures, remind them to take breaks, answer questions, and allow them to be fully present with you rather than worrying about what to do next.

The earlier, the better! Many families hire a doula during the second trimester so there’s plenty of time to build a relationship, prepare for birth, and answer questions along the way. That said, we’re happy to support families later in pregnancy whenever possible.

A birth plan is a way to clarify your preferences and intentions for labor, birth, and immediate postpartum care.

Rather than a rigid checklist, we view a birth plan as:

• A guide to support advocacy and informed conversations

A well-crafted birth plan helps you feel more grounded and prepared, while remaining flexible as birth unfolds.

Our sacred circles are intentional gatherings designed to help women reconnect with themselves, their intuition, and their feminine essence. Each circle includes a blend of guided meditation, grounding practices, breathwork, sound healing, journaling prompts, and meaningful shared conversation. We create a safe, nurturing environment where you can release, reflect, and receive.

Some circles may also include added offerings such as light refreshments, herbal teas, nourishing snacks, or small sacred gifts to take home — such as the goodie bags provided in our Renew + Release gathering. Simpler circles, like morning meditations, may include only water and a peaceful space to ground. Each event is crafted with intention, and offerings may vary depending on the theme and nature of the circle.

We provide yoga mats for all participants, so there’s no need to bring your own. You’re welcome to bring a journal and pen, water, and anything small that helps you feel grounded — such as a crystal, essential oil, or personal item. Any additional items specific to a particular circle will always be listed in the event details.

You are completely welcome. Our meditations are gentle, guided, and accessible for beginners. You don’t need any experience — just an open heart. We guide you step-by-step, helping you relax, breathe, and connect with your inner landscape. Many women attend their first-ever meditation with us and feel deeply supported.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations, often created using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and gentle tones.

Rather than “doing” anything, you’re invited to rest, breathe, and receive. The sounds help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and guide the body into a state of deep relaxation. Many people experience a sense of grounding, clarity, emotional release, or simply a deep feeling of rest.

Each sound bath is unique, and everyone’s experience will be different. Sound baths are not meant to fix or change you.. they offer space to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself

Private offerings are intentionally curated and require dedicated preparation, coordination, and space-holding for your group. For this reason, all private bookings require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and time.

If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice, and we will do our best to accommodate one reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, based on availability.

Cancellations not made within 72 hours of the scheduled gathering, or failure to show, are non-refundable, as the time and preparation have already been fully committed.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for the energy, intention, and care that goes into holding private sacred space.

Because our gatherings are intentionally curated and space is limited, all bookings are considered final.

Once a spot is reserved, we prepare materials, hold energetic and physical space, and often turn away other interested participants. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

If you are unable to attend, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend with advance notice or reach out to us as soon as possible so we can support however feels aligned.

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that encourages relaxation and helps support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. During a session, light touch or hands held just above the body are used to create a calming, peaceful experience. Many people leave feeling deeply relaxed and more connected to themselves.

No. Reiki isn’t tied to any particular religion or belief system. Many people simply experience it as an opportunity to slow down, relax, and reconnect with themselves. You’re always welcome to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t.
